These Terms & Conditions govern your use of meltsleep.in and any purchase you make from melt., a brand operated by Melt Pvt. Ltd. (the “Company”). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Our products

melt. self-warming steam eye masks are comfort and relaxation products. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Please discontinue use if you experience irritation, and consult a doctor if you have an eye condition or any concerns.

2. Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD). We may change prices, packs or promotional offers at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders & acceptance

When you submit the order form, you are making an offer to purchase. We may contact you (often by WhatsApp or phone) to confirm your order before dispatch. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where the delivery pincode is not serviceable, where fraud is suspected, or in the case of repeated refusal of COD deliveries.

4. Shipping, cancellations & refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and cancellations and refunds by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the melt. name, logo, text, images and design — is owned by or licensed to the Company and may not be copied or reused without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

Our products are intended for comfort and relaxation only. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for misuse of the product. Our total liability for any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

7. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
