Shipping Policy

We ship across India with complimentary shipping on every order, and offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on serviceable pincodes.

1. Order confirmation

After you place an order, we may send a quick WhatsApp or phone confirmation to verify your address before we dispatch. This helps make sure your package reaches you smoothly.

2. Dispatch time

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation.

3. Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 4–8 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take a little longer.

4. Shipping charges

Shipping is free across India. There are no hidden fees; the price you see is the price you pay.

5. Cash on Delivery

COD is available on most pincodes. A few remote or non-serviceable pincodes may not support COD; if yours isn’t serviceable, we’ll let you know.

6. Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll share tracking details by WhatsApp or SMS so you can follow it to your door. Orders are fulfilled through Shiprocket and its courier partners.

7. Failed or refused deliveries

If a package can’t be delivered after the courier’s attempts, or a COD order is refused, it is returned to us. Repeated refusal of COD orders may affect eligibility for COD on future orders.
