Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our 30-Night Comfort Promise
Try melt. every night for up to 30 nights. If your eyes don’t feel a little lighter and your wind-down doesn’t feel a little easier, simply email refunds@meltsleep.in and we’ll refund your order in full. You don’t need to return any masks you have left.
1. How to request a refund
Email refunds@meltsleep.in within your 30-night trial window with the name and mobile number used on your order. We’ll confirm and arrange your refund — no forms and no return shipping required for the Comfort Promise.
2. Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order free of charge any time before it is dispatched by emailing or messaging us. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled in transit, but it is still covered by the 30-Night Comfort Promise above.
3. Damaged, wrong or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll arrange a free replacement or a refund.
4. Refund method & timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. For prepaid orders, refunds go back to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made by UPI or bank transfer to details you provide.
5. A note on hygiene
For hygiene reasons, used masks are never resold — which is exactly why, under the Comfort Promise, you simply keep any masks you have left rather than returning them.
